This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the procedure of the private limited liability company Transtira, legal entity code: 122282884, registered office address: Vilniaus g. 4, Grigiškės, LT- 27101, Vilniaus m. sav.; phone: +370 (5) 235 7090, e-mail:  transtira@transtira.lt (hereinafter – Transtira, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) for collection, storage and use of personal identification information/data (hereinafter – personal information), which you (hereinafter – ‘user’, ‘you’ or ‘your’) may provide on the internet websites: http://www.transtira.eu/ and https://www.transtira.lt/ or with respect to services provided by those websites (hereinafter collectively – Website or Services). The Policy also defines possible choices related to the use of your personal information and specifies how this information may be addressed and updated by you. This Policy shall not apply to practices of companies which do not belong to, or are not controlled by, us and to persons who do not work for us or with whom we do not cooperate.

We will respond to such received requests or instructions no later than within one month of the day of their submission and will carry out the actions specified in the request or refuse to carry them out and specify the reasons for that. Where appropriate, the specified period may be extended for two more months, considering the complexity and number of the requests. In such case, we will inform you on such extension within one month of receiving the request, and concurrently specify the reasons for delay.

We may refuse allowing data subjects to exercise the above listed rights, except for the objection to personal data processing for direct marketing purposes where in the cases established by laws it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and identification of crimes, violations of business ethics or professional ethics, and protection of rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
