The Policy also defines possible choices related to the use of your personal information and specifies how this information may be addressed and updated by you. We will respond to such received requests or instructions no later than within one month of the day of their submission and will carry out the actions specified in the request or refuse to carry them out and specify the reasons for that. Where appropriate, the specified period may be extended for two more months, considering the complexity and number of the requests. In such case, we will inform you on such extension within one month of receiving the request, and concurrently specify the reasons for delay.
